As a Shift Leader at our Corpus Christi store located at 7514 S Padre Island Dr. Suite 2, Corpus Christi, TX 78412, you are the captain of our bakery day or night! You understand what it takes to “Own the Night” by predicting the flow of business during a successful shift. Your hands-on leadership should include building orders, suggestive selling, baking, and interacting with customers. You will also take pride in knowing that your leadership as an Insomniac contributes to a productive and fun night for your store!

WHAT WILL I DO AS A SHIFT LEADER?

• Provide excellent customer service and quality products to all guests
• Support store operations during your shift by maintaining communication, monitoring production efficiency, holding the team accountable, and assisting in training and coaching team members
• Prioritize and delegate tasks related to baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning while leading the cookie crew
• Support and work alongside the Cookie Crew
• Ensure a safe, clean environment for guests and staff, adhering to food safety practices
• Manage cash handling and deposits

DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Point of Sale system experience
• Strong communication, time management, and people skills
• Outgoing, friendly, patient
• Detail-oriented and results-driven
• Ability to lead by example and motivate others
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must be 18 or older
