Bojangles is hiring an Urgent Shift Leader to guide a dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Lead a talented crew to deliver high-quality, craveable meals while upholding Bojangles standards and brand promise.

You’ll train staff, supervise daily operations, ensure food safety, and manage supplies and cash handling. This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and guest satisfaction in a high-energy setting.
