Bojangles’ Roebuck location is seeking an urgent Shift Leader to guide a dynamic team and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will lead daily operations, train crew, and maintain our high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and service in a fast-paced restaurant.

Ideal candidates bring leadership and a passion for customer service, with ability to manage inventory, cash handling, and safety protocols while upholding Bojangles’ Southern-inspired brand and standards.

Competenze
