Job summary

Bojangles is seeking a Shift Leader/Manager to join our team and deliver exceptional service while upholding our Southern recipe standards. You will lead a fast-paced crew, drive daily operations, and help guests enjoy a memorable dining experience.

Ideal candidates have management experience in a QSR setting, with familiarity in P&L, food cost, and labor control. Flexible hours and opportunities for advancement are available as Bojangles continues to grow.

Qualifications

• 2 years of management experience in a restaurant (preferred)
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost and labor
• Breakfast and drive-through experience is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

Responsibilities

• Supervise restaurant staff during shifts
• Ensure high quality food and excellent customer service
• Assist with scheduling, training and performance feedback
• Support store goals and guest satisfaction

Requirements

• Experience with Restaurant Management in QSR industry w/ recent relevant experience managing a team, and familiarity with managing a P&L, Food Cost, and Labor.
• Breakfast and drive through experience is a plus, especially if you look to bonus off of your speed.
• Must love to work in a team environment
• Must bring energy and enthusiasm to each shift
• You enjoy making every customer smile
• You understand your success depends on the success of others
