Job summary

Wingstop in New Jersey is seeking a reliable Shift Lead to manage daily operations, ensure fast, friendly service, and uphold Wingstop standards. You will supervise team members, assist in training, and ensure orders are prepared accurately.

Open availability including holidays and weekends is required. Must be 18+, capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Benefits include 401K, meal perks, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Open availability (including holidays, weekends, opening and closing shifts) - Required
• At least 1 year experience as a restaurant shift lead
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Maintain dependable schedule and predictable attendance
• Have reliable transportation
• Servsafe Certified - A plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time

Responsibilities

• Oversee employees while orders are being prepared to ensure accuracy
• Well organized and detail-oriented
• Excellent menu and product knowledge
• Must be able to thrive in a fast pace environment
• Money handling including deposits
• Knowledgeable in food safety and experience with food health safety inspections - Preferred
• Understand and apply all proper health and safety precautions and apply them to all orders
• Cross train in other positions of the restaurant and be ready to assist when needed Oversea the overall cleanliness of the restaurant

Primary requirement of a Wingstop Shift Lead:

• Manage the day-to-day aspects of a Wingstop
• Focused on excellent customer service and excellent operational results
• Ensure that the highest quality products are delivered to each customer
• Help direct and train team members, while assisting in goals driven by the Assistant and General Mangers
• Always represent the brand and department in a professional and polished manner
