You'll lead the team during your shift - ensuring speed, accuracy, cleanliness, and an exceptional guest experience. You are responsible for keeping the operation running smoothly from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and direct team members during assigned shifts
• Ensure food quality, speed of service, and guest satisfaction
• Manage labor and productivity during your shift
• Coach and develop team members in the moment
• Handle guest concerns and service recovery professionally
• Enforce food safety, cleanliness, and health standards
• Count drawers and manage cash accurately (if applicable)
• Open and/or close the restaurant following company procedures
• Maintain a positive, high-energy work environment
• Communicate clearly with management and team members
