Job summary

Jersey Mike's Subs is seeking a Shift Leader to join our team and guide Crew Members during shifts, assist the store management, and help customers with orders. This position supports a fast-paced environment and a culture centered on service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervision or lead roles preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide and mentor Crew Members and support shift operations.
• Assist the Assistant Manager and Manager as needed.
• Help customers with orders and ensure a positive dining experience.
