Jersey Mike's Subs is seeking responsible, energetic individuals to join our team as Shift Leads. You will guide Crew Members, assist management, and help customers with orders in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising a team is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to Crew Members and assist the Assistant Manager/Manager as needed.
• Help customers with orders and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain a friendly, energetic, and productive work environment.
• Support training and development of new team members.
