Job summary

Jersey Mike's Subs is seeking a dependable and energetic Shift Leader to join our team in a fast-paced environment. You will guide Crew Members, support the Assistant Manager and Manager, and help customers with their orders while upholding our standards of service.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or retail is a plus.
• Ability to guide Crew Members and support management.
• Willingness to work a variety of shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations and ensure smooth customer service.
• Provide guidance to Crew Members and assist the Assistant Manager and Manager as needed.
• Assist customers with orders and maintain a positive, productive team environment.
