Caribou Coffee in Champlin, MN is seeking a Shift Leader to help run a busy cafe in partnership with the GM/AGM. You’ll ensure brand standards, guest connections, and smooth shift execution while mentoring teammates and upholding quality, safety, and procedures.

You’ll lead with energy, coach team members on product knowledge, and manage deposits, inventory, and orders as part of the shift leadership duties.

• At least 6 months of experience in a leadership role.
• Flexible availability to meet business and team needs.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
