Job summary

Hot Head Burritos in Centerville, OH is seeking a Shift Lead to guide a fast-paced team and ensure top-notch food quality and service. You will lead during your shift, coach crew, and help run opening/closing, inventory, and cash handling with a focus on safety and brand standards.

Earn competitive hourly pay ($12 plus shared tip pool), free meals during shifts, PTO, and opportunities for growth into a general manager role. Earned wage access is also offered to access earnings when needed.
