Job Description - About the Job:

Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager, the Shift Leader assists in managing shifts within the Taco Bell restaurant, following company policies to ensure customer satisfaction and profit. The role involves hands-on work to train employees, respond to customer needs, and model appropriate behaviors.

Responsibilities of the Shift Leader Position:
  • Maintain fast, accurate service, positive guest relations, and product quality standards.
  • Ensure a safe working environment by modeling safe work behaviors.
  • Motivate and train team members.
  • Maintain equipment, facility, and grounds using a preventative maintenance program.
  • Ensure food quality and 100% customer satisfaction.
  • Implement corporate and local marketing plans.
  • Promote recognition and motivation efforts.
  • Provide regular feedback to the team and RGM.
Minimum Requirements: Is This You?
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Supervisory experience in QSR or retail environment.
  • Attendance and punctuality are essential.
  • Basic business math skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
