Our Shift Leaders are like the cream cheese on the bagel. The bagel is delicious on its own, but the cream cheese adds flavor and helps hold it all together!
Our Shift Leaders collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. They set the morale and tone of the team, provide feedback, and coach team members. They open and close the store with little supervision, ensuring quality food and beverages, and maintaining a safe, clean environment. This role offers growth opportunities, with many General Managers starting as Shift Leaders and Team Members. If you enjoy making mornings better for others, we’d love to hear from you.
