Job summary

Luna Grill is seeking energetic Shift Leaders to guide teams, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and keep restaurants running smoothly across California, Texas, and Arizona.

You will lead shifts on the floor, model hands-on leadership, and ensure operations meet Luna Grill’s high standards for service, hospitality, and quality.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of restaurant or guest service experience in a supervisory or leadership role
• Must be 18 years or older
• Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus

Responsibilities

• Set the tone for the shift — lead your team, create great guest moments, and ensure shifts run smoothly.
• Lead by example while serving guests and supporting your team.
• Act as person in charge to handle daily operations, guest satisfaction, and team deployment.
• Oversee front-of-house operations, ensuring a clean, efficient, welcoming environment.
• Deliver hospitality, resolve guest issues promptly, and make each visit memorable.
• Coach and motivate team members in real time to uphold Luna Grill’s standards.
• Assist with inventory counts, shift recaps, and basic administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain service flow and food quality.
• Maintain compliance with safety, sanitation, and labor policies

Locations & Pay (compensation varies by region and market)

California -LA • Orange County • San Diego • Inland Empire
$20.50/hr (up to $24.00/hr with tips)

Texas – Dallas/Fort Worth
$13.00–$15.00/hr (up to $18.00/hr with tips)

Arizona – Mesa
$16.00–$18.00/hr (up to $21.00/hr with tips)

What We’re Looking For

• Must be 18 years or older
• Strong communicator and problem solver
• Hands‑on leader who leads by example
• Excellent at multitasking, organizing, and coaching under pressure
• Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
• Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays
