Job summary

Luna Grill is seeking Hospitality Specialists to deliver memorable guest experiences across our California, Texas, and Arizona locations. You’ll welcome guests, guide menu choices, and manage orders with speed and care, while keeping the dining area spotless and helping your team thrive.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year in a guest-facing role, strong communication, and a friendly, fast-paced mindset. E-Verify and equal opportunity employment are part of our policy.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a guest-facing or fast-casual restaurant role.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards.
• Reliable, hands-on team player.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with enthusiasm and ensure a seamless experience from hello to goodbye.
• Guide guests through our menu, answer questions, and make recommendations.
• Take and process orders accurately using the POS system.
• Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure every order is perfect.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and with a smile.
• Maintain clean, organized dining and service areas throughout your shift.
• Complete opening/closing tasks and side work with pride.
• Handle to-go and phone orders with efficiency and attention to detail.
• Support your teammates to keep service flowing and guests happy.

Location & Pay (compensation varies by region and market)

California - LA • Orange County • San Diego • Inland Empire
$20.00/hr (Up to $24/hr with tips)

Texas - Dallas/Fort Worth
$11.00-$13.50/hr (Up to $16/hr with tips)

Arizona - Mesa
$15.15-$16.50/hr (Up to $19/hr with tips)

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
