Captain D’s is seeking a Shift Leader to guide a fast-paced team and ensure guests enjoy an exceptional dining experience. You will lead by example, coach colleagues, and drive service excellence in a busy restaurant environment.

The ideal candidate is guest-focused, eager to develop as a leader, and thrives in a team-driven setting while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Background check will be completed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Frequent standing, walking, and reaching during shifts.
• Experience in fast-paced or hospitality environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Model and coach service standards to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Manage shift operations, scheduling, and staffing.
