Captain D’s is seeking a Shift Leader to spearhead a fast-paced restaurant team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will lead by example, coach staff, and ensure smooth daily operations while promoting a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Physical/mental requirements include standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds and working around chemicals.
