Dunkin' Donuts Franchisee is seeking experienced shift leaders to guide a fast-paced, growing restaurant and deliver a 5‑star guest experience. You will recruit, train, coach, and motivate team members, ensuring clear expectations and consistent procedures in a family-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED (preferred).
• One or more years shift management experience.
• Open/ flexible work availability.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage your own shift in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Good with problem solving and decision making.
