Job Title: Shift Leader

Location: Arlington store at 212 E. Abram St., Arlington, TX 76101

As a Shift Leader, you are the captain of our bakery during your shift! You understand how to predict business flow and lead a successful team. Your hands-on leadership includes building orders, suggestive selling, baking, and customer interaction. Pride in your leadership as an Insomniac contributes to a productive and fun night for your store!

WHAT WILL I DO AS A SHIFT LEADER?

• Provide excellent customer service and quality products throughout the guest experience
• Support store operations, communicate effectively, monitor efficiency, uphold standards, and coach team members
• Delegate tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning; lead the cookie crew
• Work alongside the Cookie Crew
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and adhere to food safety practices
• Manage cash handling and deposits

DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• At least 1 year in a customer service role
• Experience with Point of Sale systems
• Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Outgoing, friendly, patient
• Detail-oriented and results-driven
• Lead by example and motivate others
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must be 18 or older
