Insomnia Cookies is seeking a Shift Leader for our UMich store at 1229 S University Ave, Ann Arbor. You will captain the bakery during your shift, lead the team, bake, take orders, and ensure guests enjoy a memorable experience.
Bring at least 1 year in a customer-service role, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. You’ll support store leadership, manage tasks, and help maintain a safe, clean environment while delivering the brand’s fun, fast-paced energy.
As a Shift Leader at our UMich store located at 1229 S University Ave, Ann Harbor MI 48104, you are the captain of our bakery day or night! You understand what it takes to “Own the Night” (and beyond), by predicting the flow of business during a successful shift. Your hands-on leadership style should not only include building orders, suggestive selling, baking, and interacting with customers – it will also mean taking pride in knowing that your prowess as a leading Insomniac attributes to a productive and fun night for your store!
