As a Shift Leader with Skyline, you will:

• Ensure a safe and secure environment by following Skyline policies and procedures.
• Train, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures with team members, ensuring all health and sanitation regulations are followed.
• Lead and demonstrate Skyline Time service, ensuring all employees provide this level of hospitality.
• Supervise team members and oversee food preparation to ensure quality products are served. Follow up on food prep and company procedures to minimize food costs.
• Monitor labor usage against sales and act when necessary.
• Execute, train, and monitor proper cash control procedures.
• Ensure proper training for team members through established systems and provide ongoing coaching.
• Perform all functions of a production employee when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned or required.

Work Requirements & Physical Demands

• Able to work various schedules based on business needs.
• May need to transfer between locations as required.
• Prolonged standing, walking, bending, and stooping.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to use kitchen equipment safely and effectively.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
