Blank Street in the United States is seeking a Shift Lead to manage front-of-house operations, train new staff, and ensure fast, friendly service during busy shifts.
We’re looking for someone with 2 years in a customer service leadership role, able to lift 25 lbs, and available to work 30-40 hours weekly, including Fridays to Sundays.

You'll lead by example on the floor, ensure smooth operations during your shift, and create an environment where both customers and team members feel valued. 2 years' experience in a customer service leadership position
18 years of age
Able to lift 25 lbs, and to stand for long periods of time
Availability that meets the needs of our cafes
Full Time: 30-40 hours per week, 4-5 days of availability required and must be available to work 2 peak days (Peak days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
Availability to work between 6:30 am and 9:00 pm
Weekend and holiday availability preferred
