Job summary

Relogistics Services is hiring a Shift Lead in Cedar Falls, IA to supervise a team during the 6:00 PM–6:00 AM Saturday to Monday shift. You’ll help maximize productivity while upholding safety and HR standards and coordinate with the On-Site Manager.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, forklift certification, and a valid driver’s license, with opportunities for career advancement and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• 1 year of supervisor or lead experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Forklift certification required.

Responsibilities

• Work with On-Site Manager to set shift/operating schedules to best service the local customer(s).
• Assist with recruiting and developing employees.
• Ensure company policies regarding Safety and HR are followed.
• Order and maintain supplies and arrange for office equipment maintenance.
• Assist with forklift driver duties as needed.
• Track movements in a timely/legible manner on the proper forms.
• Assist in managing employee relations issues locally with the OSM.
• Load and unload materials from trailers and move to the appropriate staging area within the facility.
• Check to make sure loads are secure.
• Ensure daily equipment checks on all Industrial power equipment are performed.
• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standard.
• Perform basic financial data entry.
• Execute assignments accurately, timely and safely.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
