Job summary

Watco is seeking a Shift Lead to guide hub associates and temporary workers in warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, and scanning inbound freight. You will help ensure procedures boost efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction across Watco sites.

The role requires a high school diploma or higher, forklift experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and databases. You’ll work 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM with Sundays off, earning $21–$23 per hour plus benefits and training

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, databases, and systems.
• Forklift experience is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills are required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in warm and cold environments.
