Job summary

Läderach is seeking a part-time Key Holder (Shift Lead) at Grand Canal Shoppes, Las Vegas, to champion the in-store experience and uphold brand standards. You’ll lead the team on shift, deliver exceptional customer service, and support training and merchandising efforts.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year in retail, strong interpersonal skills, reliability, and a genuine passion for chocolate. Growth opportunities exist within a vibrant retail environment at a premium chocolate brand.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer experience and support the in-house team.
• Provide training to Store Associates on production goals and merchandising.

• Ensure smooth sales floor movement and accurate product merchandising.
• Help lead food safety protocols and store compliance.
• Participate in team meetings and other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.

APart-Time Laderach Key Holder (Shift Lead)is a brand champion who is passionate about providing a wonderful overall in-store experience. The ideal Key Holder exudes strong leadership traits and aims to build a career in retail management.

What you can expect :

• You will deliver outstanding customer experience, as well as a similar environment for the in-house team
• You will provide training and/or helping Store Associates to always ensure that production goals are met, including product-finishing projects
• You will lead various in-store tasks during each shift, exemplifying the store and brand standards
• You will ensure the movement on the sales floor is flowing effectively
• You will Help ensure product merchandising is done accurately
• You will help to lead the follow-through of all food safety protocols
• You will target sales objectives and help to achieve store compliance and loss prevention standards
• You will participate in team meetings to discuss goals, progress and topics in need of improvement
• You will participate in other role-related duties as assigned by the Store Manager

What we expect from you:

• You have at least 1 year of experience in retail sales or similar fast-paced, customer-minded environment, with increasing levels of responsibility
• You are equipped with strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively
• You are reliable and flexible with scheduling based on store needs
• You are quality-minded with keen attention to detail
• You are passionate about chocolate

Physical Requirements:

• Depending on the length of the shift, employees may need to have physical stamina to remain active and stand for long hours, often walking or standing in a fast-paced environment.
• This position requires the ability to move quickly between tasks, assist multiple customers at once, or handle unexpected changes (like restocking or re-organizing displays).
• Multitasking requires physical agility and the ability to stay organized.
• Employees may be required to bend, squat, or reach up high to organize or stock products.
• Some retail positions require employees to maintain cleanliness in the store, which can involve bending down to clean floors or wiping down displays.
• Restocking low shelves or accessing high displays may involve frequent bending or stretching.
• Requires the ability to lift 15-40 pounds.
