Läderach is seeking a part-time Key Holder (Shift Lead) for its Boston area location to champion the brand and deliver an exceptional in-store experience for customers and colleagues alike.

The role focuses on leading shifts, training staff, ensuring sales floor flow, and maintaining brand standards while driving sales objectives and upholding food safety protocols.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in retail sales or similar fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Reliable and flexible scheduling based on store needs.
• Quality-minded with keen attention to detail.
• Passion for chocolate.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer experience and maintain a similar environment for the in-house team.
• Provide training and/or help Store Associates ensure production goals are met, including product-finishing projects.
• Lead various in-store tasks during each shift, exemplifying store and brand standards.
• Ensure the movement on the sales floor is flowing effectively.
• Help ensure product merchandising is done accurately.
• Help lead follow-through of all food safety protocols.
• Target sales objectives and help achieve store compliance and loss prevention standards.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss goals, progress and topics needing improvement.
• Participate in other role-related duties as assigned by the Store Manager.

What you can expect :

Physical Requirements:

• Depending on the length of the shift, employees may need to have physical stamina to remain active and stand for long hours, often walking or standing in a fast-paced environment.
• This position requires the ability to move quickly between tasks, assist multiple customers at once, or handle unexpected changes (like restocking or re-organizing displays).
• Multitasking requires physical agility and the ability to stay organized.
• Employees may be required to bend, squat, or reach up high to organize or stock products.
• Some retail positions require employees to maintain cleanliness in the store, which can involve bending down to clean floors or wiping down displays.
• Restocking low shelves or accessing high displays may involve frequent bending or stretching.
• Requires the ability to lift 15-40 pounds.
