Job summary

Läderach in Durham, NC is seeking a Part-time Läderach Key Holder (Shift Lead) to deliver outstanding customer experience and uphold brand standards on the sales floor. The role welcomes leadership-minded individuals who thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will train Store Associates, lead store tasks during shifts, ensure product merchandising accuracy, and support food safety protocols while helping to achieve sales goals.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in retail sales or similar fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Reliable and flexible with scheduling based on store needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer experience and uphold in-house team standards.
• Provide training and support to Store Associates to meet production goals and complete product finishing tasks.
• Lead in-store tasks during shifts and exemplify store and brand standards.
• Ensure smooth movement of customers on the sales floor and maintain merchandising accuracy.
• Help lead food safety protocols and store compliance while aiming for sales targets.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss goals and improvements.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by the Store Manager.

APart-Time Laderach Key Holder (Shift Lead)

is a brand champion who is passionate about providing a wonderful overall in-store experience. The ideal Key Holder exudes strong leadership traits and aims to build a career in retail management.

What you can expect :

• You will deliver outstanding customer experience, as well as a similar environment for the in-house team
• You will provide training and/or helping Store Associates to always ensure that production goals are met, including product-finishing projects
• You will lead various in-store tasks during each shift, exemplifying the store and brand standards
• You will ensure the movement on the sales floor is flowing effectively
• You will Help ensure product merchandising is done accurately
• You will help to lead the follow-through of all food safety protocols
• You will target sales objectives and help to achieve store compliance and loss prevention standards
• You will participate in team meetings to discuss goals, progress and topics in need of improvement
• You will participate in other role-related duties as assigned by the Store Manager

• You have at least 1 year of experience in retail sales or similar fast-paced, customer-minded environment, with increasing levels of responsibility
• You are equipped with strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively

Physical Requirements:

• Depending on the length of the shift, employees may need to have physical stamina to remain active and stand for long hours, often walking or standing in a fast-paced environment.
• This position requires the ability to move quickly between tasks, assist multiple customers at once, or handle unexpected changes (like restocking or re-organizing displays).
• Multitasking requires physical agility and the ability to stay organized.
• Employees may be required to bend, squat, or reach up high to organize or stock products.
• Some retail positions require employees to maintain cleanliness in the store, which can involve bending down to clean floors or wiping down displays.
• Restocking low shelves or accessing high displays may involve frequent bending or stretching.
• Requires the ability to lift 15-40 pounds.
