Läderach is seeking a Part-Time Key Holder (Shift Lead) in Costa Mesa to champion the in-store experience and brand standards. You will lead the team during shifts, support training, and help drive sales while maintaining superb product merchandising and safety practices.

The ideal candidate has retail experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for chocolate. This role offers personal responsibility and opportunities to contribute fresh ideas within a vibrant team.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in retail sales or similar fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer experiences and support the in-house team.
• Provide training and assist Store Associates to meet production goals.
• Lead in-store tasks during shifts and uphold brand standards.
• Ensure smooth movement on the sales floor and accurate merchandising.
• Lead execution of food safety protocols and store compliance.
• Contribute to goal setting, progress reviews, and improvements.
• Participate in team meetings and other duties assigned by the Store Manager.

APart-Time Laderach Key Holder (Shift Lead) is a brand champion who is passionate about providing a wonderful overall in-store experience. The ideal Key Holder exudes strong leadership traits and aims to build a career in retail management.

What you can expect :

• You will deliver outstanding customer experience, as well as a similar environment for the in-house team
• You will provide training and/or helping Store Associates to always ensure that production goals are met, including product-finishing projects
• You will lead various in-store tasks during each shift, exemplifying the store and brand standards
• You will ensure the movement on the sales floor is flowing effectively
• You will Help ensure product merchandising is done accurately
• You will help to lead the follow-through of all food safety protocols
• You will target sales objectives and help to achieve store compliance and loss prevention standards
• You will participate in team meetings to discuss goals, progress and topics in need of improvement
• You will participate in other role-related duties as assigned by the Store Manager

What we expect from you

• You have at least 1 year of experience in retail sales or similar fast-paced, customer-minded environment, with increasing levels of responsibility
• You are equipped with strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively
• You are reliable and flexible with scheduling based on store needs
• You are quality-minded with keen attention to detail

Physical Requirements:

• Depending on the length of the shift, employees may need to have physical stamina to remain active and stand for long hours, often walking or standing in a fast-paced environment.
• This position requires the ability to move quickly between tasks, assist multiple customers at once, or handle unexpected changes (like restocking or re-organizing displays).
• Multitasking requires physical agility and the ability to stay organized.
• Employees may be required to bend, squat, or reach up high to organize or stock products.
• Some retail positions require employees to maintain cleanliness in the store, which can involve bending down to clean floors or wiping down displays.
• Restocking low shelves or accessing high displays may involve frequent bending or stretching.
• Requires the ability to lift 15-40 pounds.
