Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations for Braum's store, including food service, grocery, and fountain sales.
• Teach, coach and provide leadership to store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and quality.
• Monitor inventory, safety, cleanliness, and equipment.
• Ensure Braum's policies are followed and staff are aligned.
• Report to Assistant Manager.
