Tahini in San Diego, CA is hiring for a Shift Lead who will grow into an Assistant Manager in a fast casual restaurant. You’ll lead shifts, train staff, manage scheduling, inventory, and cost controls while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Job description:

The Opportunity We’re hiring for acareer-minded Shift Lead position looking to grow into an Assistant Manager at a Fast Casual Restaurant.

Weekend and Weekday availability is a requirement - including mornings and late shifts.

This is not a typical restaurant job. This is a leadership track position designed for someone who wants to build a career in hospitality and take ownership of a business over time. It will start as a Shift Lead position that has the opportunity to turn into an Assistant Manager position once you prove yourself.

Compensation & Growth Path

• $23-27/hour (includes tips). Starting pay is $20 for Shift Leads. $23 for Assistant Managers
• Full-time, stable hours
• Clear path to Assistant Manager position

What You’ll Do
