Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years in retail or customer service; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to resolve customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
• Familiarity with cash handling and POS systems.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store operations during shifts and ensure staff tasks are completed.
