Job summary

Domino's is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead shifts, control costs, manage inventory, and ensure customer satisfaction. You’ll set the example, uphold policies, train and support the crew, and push for a positive, fast, safe operation in every shift.

You’ll oversee daily routines, check communications, assist with hiring and training, and coach the team to deliver hot, fresh pizzas quickly while maintaining quality and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up the store and ensure readiness from top to bottom.
• Review results, address concerns and set team goals.
• Check communications (email/Teams) and assist where needed.
• Assist training or certifications and maintain hiring flow.
• Follow routine checklists for each store position.
• Manage the rush by directing and flexing as needed.
• Ensure the customer is the #1 priority.
• Coach/remake products to maintain quality.
