Job summary

Domino's Store is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee shift operations, control costs, manage inventory and cash, and handle customer relations. You’ll lead the team, set goals, and promote a positive environment in the Domino's way.

Daily duties include store setup, results review, communication checks, staff training, rush management, and ensuring service excellence. You must be 18+, pass a background check, and be able to work a flexible schedule while delivering hot, fresh food

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team or managing staff.
• Ability to follow policy and procedures consistently.
• Strong numerical skills for inventory and cash handling.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including peaks.

Responsibilities

• Set up the store and ensure readiness from top to bottom.
• Review results, address concerns and set goals for the team.
• Review communications and assist where needed.
• Assist with training or certifications for the team.
• Follow up with routine checklists for each store position.
• Manage the rush and direct staff as needed.
• Ensure the customer is the #1 priority.
• Ensure shifts clock out on time.
• Monitor product quality and coach remakes.
• Post-rush walkthrough and prep for the next rush.
• Review results and communicate actions as needed.
