Responsibilities

• Greet and lead staff to promote a positive atmosphere
• Provide ongoing direction, recognition, and support to employees
• Schedule, train, and develop team to meet guest service goals
• Open/close Rock Shop and ensure readiness for business
• Balance staffing, monitor store operations, and ensure policy adherence
