• Maintain product quality, food safety, and operational standards.
• Oversee cash handling, sales, and inventory records for the shift.
• Complete end-of-shift and end-of-day paperwork as required.
• Communicate discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Maintain a safe environment for staff and guests.
