Circle K in Jesup, GA is seeking a Part-time Restaurant Shift Lead to supervise shift operations and coach a team to uphold the brand’s standards. You will ensure guest satisfaction, food safety, and accurate cash handling while maintaining a positive work environment.

You will manage tasks, train staff, and enforce health and safety regulations, reporting to the supervisor as needed. This role emphasizes teamwork, ownership, and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the operations of a shift in a restaurant.
• Coordinates the work of team members assigned to the shift.
• Maintains Company and Brand standards to ensure guests leave satisfied.
• Directs team to ensure food is prepared and served per regulations.
• Monitors cash, sales, and inventory records; completes shift reports.
• Communicates discrepancies to the immediate supervisor.
• Keeps environment safe by following laws and safety codes.
• Completes incident reports per policy.
