Montclair Hospitality Group seeks a proactive Shift Lead to supervise front-of-house at Ani in Jersey City. You will train and coach staff, uphold service standards, and coordinate dine-in, takeout, and delivery.

The role requires restaurant leadership, a calm demeanor under pressure, and strong customer service. Bilingual preferred; full-time with benefits including employee discount, flexible schedule, referral program, and medical/dental/401K.

Formación

• Experience leading a team in a restaurant setting.
• Customer service excellence in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to manage multiple service channels.
• Positive attitude; performs well under pressure with staff.
• Ability to handle money and operate a POS system.

Responsabilidades

• Train, lead, and coach all employees in the front of house to ensure Ani standards.
• Ensure sanitation standards in compliance with regulations.
• Communicate with employees and management to meet operational needs.
• Work harmoniously with coworkers and supervisors.
• Manage flow of business via dine in, take out and delivery channels.
• Open/close the restaurant as Supervisor on the floor.
