Vireo Health of Rocky Mountain is seeking a Retail Associate for the R. Greenleaf (Hobbs) location in Albuquerque, NM. You will help customers, provide product guidance, and maintain an organized store environment while processing transactions and supporting cash handling procedures.

Applicants should have a high school diploma, be 21+, and bring strong communication skills. Cannabis knowledge is a plus, with benefits and a fast-paced team culture at Vireo Health.

*As a tipped industry, tips are and can be variable as a result of many factors, including shift availability, schedule, full-time/part-time status, hours of operations, weekends/nights, and specific dispensary. • Assist with returns and exchanges, ensuring a hassle-free process for customers. Cash Handling and Transactions (25%)

• Support the team in training staff on proper cash handling and transaction procedures.

• Work together with colleagues to perform daily cash reconciliation and reporting.

• Collaborate with the finance department to enhance cash flow and financial efficiency.

• Participate in routine cash register audits to verify accurate cash handling.

• Assist in refining and simplifying cash handling procedures for the team.

• Help colleagues with advanced cash register functionalities for smoother transactions. Inventory Management (15%)

• Contribute to maintaining product quality and safety standards.

• Support the organization of products for easy restocking and accessibility.

• Collaborate with the inventory management team to ensure accurate inventory levels.

• Assist in implementing in-store promotions and sales strategies to manage inventory.

• Participate in monitoring supply chain performance and identifying process improvement opportunities.

• Collaborate with team members to report and analyze product trends and customer preferences. Please note that the percentage allocations are a general estimate and may vary based on business needs and priorities. Additional duties may be required as needed to support overall operations.

_ What you’ve accomplished: _

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred.
• Knowledge of cannabis and its products is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in cash handling and accurate basic math calculations.
• Reliable, punctual, and possesses a strong work ethic. Working Conditions (Schedule, Environment, Travel)
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. or more multiple times per day.
• Stores are open 7 days a week from 8:00 am – 11:45 pm (varying by location), nights, weekends & holidays.
• The schedule will vary depending on the needs of the business.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid New Mexico Food Handler License to support safe and compliant handling of cannabis products.
