Marcus Theatres in Tucker, GA is seeking a proactive Part Time Shift Lead to help run daily operations, guide team communication, and support guest concerns and coaching in a fast-paced cinema environment. You’ll lead pre-shift briefings, adjust staffing for show schedules, process refunds and loyalty points, and uphold our Best In Class standards while delivering great guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Communicate goals and objectives to associates through pre-shift meetings.
• Reposition team members during peak periods based on show schedules.
• Process refunds, voids, seat swaps, and loyalty points for guest service.
• Reboot terminals to ensure 100% operability of scanning systems.
• Act as first point of contact for guest concerns.
• Maintain high standards of operation and guest experience.
• Assist with projects like training, inventory, and financial planning.
• Support a clean, welcoming theater environment at all times.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Minimum of six months of experience in the theatre industry.
• No minimum education required, though a high school diploma or equivalency is preferred.
• Flexible availability required, including Tuesdays, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Eager to learn new skills, tasks, and software systems to meet industry demands.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, and lift up to 35 lbs as required by the job and work in a moderate to high noise environment.
• Capable of performing tasks that require manual dexterity, including handling objects and tools.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Communicate goals and objectives to associates through pre-shift meetings.
• Reposition team members during peak periods based on show schedules and needs.
• Process voids, refunds, seat swaps, and issue loyalty points for guest service.
• Reboot terminals to ensure 100% operational scanning.
• Act as the first point of contact for guest concerns.
• Maintain high operational quality by meeting "Best In Class" standards.
• Support projects such as seat repairs, training, inventory, and financial planning.
• Assist with other tasks as directed by the management team.
• Support a culture of cleanliness by consistently following and reinforcing company cleaning standards. Take ownership of maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment at all times.
