Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift in absence of supervisor and support shift operations.
• Follow procedures to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient production.
• Assist operators and troubleshoot equipment and automation issues as needed.
• Enter and review SAP data related to production activities and quality records.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and a clean, organized work area.
