Piramal Critical Care, Inc. is seeking a Production Operator for the Day Shift at our Bethlehem, PA site. You will monitor and control manufacturing systems to synthesize and purify inhalation anesthetic agents, entering real-time SAP data and assisting with equipment issues.
The role requires safety-minded individuals with basic math skills, a GED or high school diploma, and a willingness to follow cGMP procedures in a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment.

Job Title Production Operator- Day Shift
Position will be responsible for control and monitoring of the manufacturing systems at the Bethlehem site to synthesize and purify inhalation anesthetic agents.
Day shift (12 hours): 3-2-2-3-2-2 schedule
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Must be able to wear face mask respirator and required personal protection equipment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to reach with hands and arms and balance. The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch and climb stairs. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and the ability to adjust focus. Positive attitude with a strong desire for continuous learning. The ability to plan his/her own activities for safe and reliable plant operations. Good troubleshooting skills. Mechanical aptitude and the demonstrated ability to perform minor repairs and maintenance.
