Job summary

KK Family Ventures, a locally owned Domino’s franchise, seeks a Shift Lead to manage high-volume shifts, deliver exceptional customer service, and support the General Manager in daily operations. You will lead Team Members, uphold brand standards, and help drive store performance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older and pass a criminal background check.
• Strong communication, and verbal skills.
• Outgoing with a positive, upbeat attitude.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, carry, use machines, and lift up to 25 pounds

Responsibilities

• Uphold and represent a rock-solid brand image.
• Manage the store and Team with high volume mentality.
• Meet all service goals.
• Learn organizational and inventory skills.
• Train and coach Team to achieve product, service, image results.
• Lead Team on shift and ensure safety standards.
• Operate all equipment inside the store, including oven-tending.
• Schedule, manage labor, attendance, and punctuality.
