Job summary

K&K Family Ventures, a locally owned Domino's franchise, is hiring a Shift Lead to run great shifts, serve customers, and drive store goals. You will support the General Manager and lead the team on shift, upholding our brand image with an energetic, customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities include training Team Members, managing labor, and ensuring safety and quality on every order while delivering a positive dining experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older and pass a criminal background check.
• Strong communication, and verbal skills.
• Outgoing with a positive, upbeat attitude.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, carry, use machines, and lift up to 25 pounds

Responsibilities

• Uphold and represent a rock-solid brand image.
• Manage the store and Team with high volume mentality.
• Meet all K&K Family Ventures service goals.
• Learn organizational and inventory skills.
• Train and coach Team to achieve desired product, service, image results.
• Lead shifts and support the General Manager in operations.
• Maintain safety standards and accurate cash handling.
• Provide a fun, friendly environment for customers and team.
