Job summary

Jack’s Pizza on Rockville Rd is hiring for an Hourly Management role. We’re looking for energetic teammates who want to grow with us and help run daily operations. You’ll lead the team, monitor store presentation, ensure profitability, and uphold our high standards of quality and customer care.

Duties include motivating staff, receiving deliveries, training teammates, managing calls and delivery timing, and maintaining cash handling procedures while complying with health regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work and accomplish goals with minimal supervision.
• Fundamental math and computer skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities.
• Willing to work 25–35 hours a week.
• Willing to work days, evenings, weekends and varying shifts.

Responsibilities

• Motivate self and team members to work together to achieve goals.
• Receive deliveries and follow all food safety procedures.
• Lead team in company culture, procedures and expectations.
• Provide excellent service, treating customers with respect and courtesy.
• Master and perform all store operations; answering the phone, preparing food, engaging with customers.
