Whistle Express Car Wash is seeking a Shift Lead who sets the standard on the lot and runs the operation when management is off-site. This fast, physical role demands ownership, accountability, and a hands-on leadership style.

You will engage guests, answer questions, promote memberships, direct vehicles through the wash, enforce safety, and lead opening/closing procedures. You’ll coach the team to maintain cleanliness, quality, and efficient service throughout each shift.

Responsibilities

• Open/close procedures and lead the team during shifts when management is not on-site.
