Westlake is seeking a Lead Operator in Arkansas to oversee output, ensure adherence to specifications and quality, and step in as Supervisor when needed. The role involves coordinating with line operators, performing start-up checks, and maintaining print systems for product labeling.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and demonstrate safety-minded leadership while supporting production goals and housekeeping standards.

Responsabilités

• Oversee output, specifications, and overall quality.
• Perform duties of A, B, and C Operators.
• Gauge when the line is hot and ready to start.
• Maintain INK JET printers and select the correct print.
• Provide breaks to line operators in area of responsibility.
• Lead pre-start production checklist and start a line from start to finish with quality results.
• Keep tooling organized and in the correct place.
• Set a premier example for safe work habits and company goals.
• Select proper silo and material for product.
• Perform other duties as instructed by the Supervisor.
