Job summary

Pickleman’s Gourmet Cafe Keller is hiring a Restaurant Shift Lead to help open our brand-new store. You’ll lead the team during shifts, train associates, and ensure fast, friendly service from day one.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in restaurant roles and a proven ability to manage duties with calm, clear communication. Our opening team will shape the culture and delivery standards for years to come.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of restaurant or supervisory experience.
• Experience as Shift Lead or similar role.
• Ability to learn and operate a POS system.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team during shifts and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Train and coach Team Members to perform duties effectively.
• Maintain fast, accurate service and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure food preparation and presentation meet brand standards.
• Assist with opening and closing duties and cash handling.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and restaurant appearance.
• Communicate clearly with guests and team members.
• Support management in executing brand-new store opening plans.
