You will handle deposits, secure the location, and assist in oil changes and vehicle checks while maintaining inventory and cleanliness across the service bays.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a service or retail environment; automotive experience is a plus.
• Must pass company background check.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the service center.
• Handle daily deposits and secure location safe.
• Lead team during daily operations and ensure workflow efficiency.
• Perform and oversee oil changes, fluid checks, and basic vehicle services.
• Maintain inventory and report needs to Center Manager.
• Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards in bays and customer areas.
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve basic issues or complaints.
• Escalate safety, security or behavior issues to management when needed.
• Train and mentor new employees.
