Job summary

Grease Monkey International in Mobile, AL is seeking a dependable Key Holder to join our Quick Oil Change team. You will open and close the center, support daily operations, and ensure customers receive efficient, friendly service.

This role offers a path to leadership with the ability to perform oil changes, manage deposits, supervise staff, and maintain safety and cleanliness in the bays and customer areas. Weekend availability and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in service or retail environment.
• Basic mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn.
• Must pass background check and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Open and secure the location at the beginning and end of shifts.
• Lead the team during daily operations and ensure workflow efficiency.
• Perform and oversee oil changes, fluid checks, filter replacements, and other minor vehicle services.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and report needs to Center Manager.
• Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards in the service bays and customer areas.
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve basic issues or complaints.
• Report anomalies to the Center Manager and/or Assistant Store Manager; escalate safety or security concerns as needed.
• Train and mentor new employees.
