Job summary

Miss J Cafe in the United States is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee daily operations during assigned shifts, lead a team of baristas and service staff, and ensure high standards of quality and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, opening/closing, handling cash, ensuring food and beverage quality, maintaining health and safety, training teammates, and communicating with management on performance and inventory.
